The goal was to design an informative, compassionate, and approachable brochure for a PTSD recovery coach. The challenge was to balance clinical information with warmth, ensuring readers felt seen, supported, and empowered to seek help all within a compact tri-fold format.

I handled the full creative execution:

Design: Developed the trifold layout with calming visuals and clear sections.

Copy: Wrote and edited supportive, trauma-informed language with an empathetic tone.
Process:

Front Panel: Featured a comforting headline and logo alongside a powerful photo of emotional support.

Interior Spread: Organized into three stages; understanding PTSD, how it develops, and taking steps forward.

Visual Hierarchy: Used soft color blocks (green, blue) to separate content and encourage ease of reading.

Call to Action: Prominently featured the coach’s photo and contact details to build trust and connection.
Results or Reflection:
The client loved how the brochure visually and emotionally connected with her audience. It became a key takeaway at community wellness events and helped shift conversations around PTSD healing. This project reinforced the power of blending design with empathy when you create from a place of understanding, your message resonates deeper.
