Digital War Room Presentation
The client needed a polished, data-forward presentation to support a high-stakes pitch for their Digital War Room solution. The goal was to communicate complex technical insights in a way that felt modern, professional, and easy to follow for stakeholders across departments.
My Role:
I led the visual design, layout structure, and information hierarchy. I also advised on content flow and edited select copy for clarity and emphasis. My focus was on ensuring the deck balanced visual consistency with dynamic, engaging slides that kept attention.
Process:
-
Developed a slide master template with custom branding elements
-
Chose a bold, tech-driven color scheme anchored by navy blue and red accents
-
Designed slides for key metrics, workflows, and service models using simple infographics
-
Integrated iconography and mockups to break up heavy text and increase clarity
-
Maintained alignment and spacing throughout for a premium, unified look

Sample Visual Details:
-
Cover Slide: Geometric tech background with layered depth
-
Infographic Slide: Circular diagram showing 6-point system with simple icons
-
Metrics Slide: Side-by-side charts and stat callouts (60%, 75% etc.)
-
Mockup Slide: Device render with feature highlights and CTA buttons

Results or Reflection:
The final deck was used in multiple stakeholder presentations and helped secure buy-in for pilot implementation. Feedback highlighted the design’s clarity and professionalism. This project reaffirmed how well-designed presentations can elevate not just content—but confidence in delivery.
